Testing Center

Avinext conducts certification exams for Pearson VUE at our offices in College Station, TX. Testing is generally available Monday – Friday from 9:30am – 5:00pm excluding holidays or scheduling conflicts with our test administrators. Exams may be scheduled in advance by calling the Pearson VUE registration number for the exam vendor (available on the Pearson VUE websites) or by registering online. It is strongly recommended that you register well in advance of the date you wish to test, as the testing schedule fills up quickly. If you require any special accommodations for your exam, you must contact Pearson VUE concerning these before you register for your exam.

On your test day, you will need to arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled exam time. Please bring two forms of ID. The primary ID must be an official, non-expired, government-issued ID card containing both your picture and signature. If you have recently renewed your driver’s license, you must bring both the renewal paperwork and the expired license. The second form of ID must contain your signature.

You will not be able to take any personal items other than your photo ID into the testing room with you. Any items you have with you may be locked in your vehicle or in one of our lockers. You may take a break to use the restroom at any time, but you will need to show your ID in order to re-enter the testing room. You will not be able to access any personal items or study materials during a break.

All exam fees will require a credit card or voucher for payment. All payments are processed through the Pearson VUE registration system and are not collected by Avinext. If you have a dispute over payment, please contact Pearson VUE. Please note that registration or rescheduling of NREMT exams must be completed by calling Pearson VUE directly or through the Pearson VUE website. Avinext personnel cannot schedule or reschedule NREMT exams.


Recycle: It's the right thing to do!

Avinext is committed to reducing the footprint of our products on the environment, in accordance with the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality. Any IT equipment (including MicroAge, Avinext, HP, and Lenovo branded PC’s) purchased from Avinext by individuals or businesses use can be conveniently recycled at no charge simply by bringing it to our office during our normal business hours. Our courteous staff will be happy to assist you. If you have equipment not purchased from us, we suggest you take it to the Household Hazardous Waste events held by Twin Oaks Landfill and BVSWMA.
